One Million Muslims, Two Million Bikers to face off in D.C. on 9/11

Rumble in the Capital

Posted by Chris Haire on Thu, Aug 22, 2013 at 1:19 PM

Whatever you do this Sept. 11, do not go to Washington, D.C. In fact, I would advise anyone who lives there to get the hell out the day before.

Now, I know what you're thinking, but the answer is no, Uncle Sam hasn't issued a terror alert, and my sources in the vast liberal conspiracy to bring down the U.S. government haven't said squat about any sort of attack. For some unknown reason, Teddy Kennedy isn't returning my calls, and well, Harry Reid hasn't answered any of my emails since he caught me in a three way with Rachel Maddow, Lawrence O'Donnell, and the cryogenically frozen head of Josef Stalin. (Harry, if you're listening, next time we'll be sure to send you an invite. My bad. But seriously, man, sometimes you get a little too handsy.)

I also tried to reach out to the NSA, but apparently, they've got caller ID and they won't pick up.

You know, on second thought, maybe I shouldn't have sexted them last Saturday at 3 in the morning and, well, the 13 nights before that. (Ted isn't the only member of the liberal elite who isn't returning my calls. I've left over two dozen messages for my Sexaholics Anonymous sponsor, Anthony W., and that dickmunch still hasn't gotten back to me. I did get a couple of photos back. I tell you, that guy is the Ansel Adams of crotch shots.)

Anyhow, I've gotten off track. You don't need to know who my Facebook friends are. You need to know why you shouldn't be in D.C. on Sept. 11, 2013. Well, apparently, that's the day that the folks at the American Muslim Political Action Committee are set to launch a Muslim invasion of our nation's capital, and by invasion, I mean a Million Muslim March, and by that I mean a poorly attended Million Muslim March of, let's say, 55,000 people, give or take a Taco Bell drive-thru pitstop.

Now, I hate to say it, but I agree with the mouth foamers on the Far Right who are upset that the American Muslim Political Action Committee chose Sept. 11 to hold their march against the discrimination of demonization of Muslims in America. That's just fucking tacky. Like offering half-off wing specials, $1 Mich Ultra suppositories, and a "I'm a Proud to be an American" karaoke battle royale to celebrate the single worst day in American history. Oh. Wait. What's that you say? There'll be a wet T-shirt contest? Well, brother, count me in.

Surprisingly, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, and the rest just might be onto something. Apparently, the head of AMPAC, M.D. Rabbi Alam is a 9/11 Truther and anti-Semite. Yikes.

Of course, seeing as how this is America and all, Alam and his fellow marchers are allowed to peacefully assemble and speak their minds. Be that as it may, one loose coalition of God-loving patriots believes that although the Muslim marchers should be allowed to do their thing, that doesn't mean that anybody has to hear what they have to say.

A recently formed Facebook group called Two Million Bikers to D.C. is trying to rally their fellow flag-loving biker friends to ride to Washington on Sept. 11. Their mission: To remember the 3,000 men and women who died on 9/11 by filling D.C.'s streets with the window-shaking, headache-inducing rumble of two million motorcycles. Hey Alam, try being heard over that. Ha.

Not surprisingly, the folks behind the Two Million rally believe that our nation is currently engaged in spiritual warfare against the forces of darkness and they want to warn their followers not to respond to Facebook comments from pro-Muslims who are only trying to "trick you into saying the magic words to flag you and the page as haters." Um. Mission accomplished.

When it all comes down to it, I don't know about you, but I've got a bad feeling about this.

Ya think the Million Muslim March on 9/11 is just tacky? Thats it?
Does it even sound like a good idea from a uniting point of view?
Although they have every right to march, our goverment could have given them another date. sheesh. There is no guarrantee you get the date of your choosing for your march. it just stinks.

"So why do so many American Muslims oppose U.S. government policies described as preventive measures against attacks on the US by perpretators (sic) portrayed as Muslims?
It’s simple.
Many Muslims in America don’t believe that any Muslims were involved in the 9/11 attacks. A 2007 Pew Research Center study found that 60 percent of Muslims in America are not convinced that Arabs were involved in 9/11; 40 percent do believe Arabs were involved.
Pew confirmed the findings of a poll, conducted on the fifth anniversary of 9/11, at the Islamic Society of North America’s (ISNA) annual convention, which found that 62 percent of American Muslims are not convinced that Muslims were involved in 9/11; 38 percent do believe Muslims were involved.
A 2002 Hamilton College/Zogby International poll of Muslims (citizens and non-citizens) living in America found that 66% are not convinced that Al Qaeda carried out the 9/11 attacks; 34% said Al Qaeda carried out the 9/11 attacks."
this is from a site that supports the march and was written by Kamran Memon, a Chicago-based civil rights lawyer, is the founder of Muslims For A Safe America.

Do you try to listen to other people's opinions or read and comprehend? Am I one of the crazies, your mentioning?
The polls that show a majority of Muslims believe that 9-11 was a US gov. conspiracy is troubling.
Seems as if you never mentioned the innocent victims of that attack. Your anger should be towards the fundamentalist Muslims that have declared a jihad on the west.
The Muslims that want to march, could get there point across just as well on another day.

Liberace, ..."September 11 is just a day, like any other. Americans need to get over themselves. " Are you not an American too?
Your not showing very much compassion for the innocent lives of the victims, their families, friends and the many first responders that were doing their job that day and made the ultimate sacrifice.
You really are a dip shit.

The lack of responses to the art of listening's post is most revealing. Had this been Clarkie there would be tons of venom spewed his way.

A lot more innocent lives have been lost since 9/11 than during it, but those are mostly brown-skinned foreigners so we as a nation can't spare the faux outrage like we do for the innocents in NYC. Imperialism has repercussions, as every major civilization throughout history has discovered. America is no different and no one should be surprised it happened. It's clear we as a nation have not learned anything from it, so we might as well just move on. I'm tired of seeing people stick flags on their cars and houses for a day then return right back to burying their heads in the sand. It's like at Christmas when people pretend to give a shit about poor folks for a few days.

i'm going. first of all, islam is NOT a religion. it is a fascist-like totalitarian IDEOLOGY that seeks to control all life thru it's military and legal systems USING religion as a guise (see 'taqiyya'.) since it is not now, nor ever has been a religion, it has no afforded protection under the US constitution.

you sheeple that have been spoon fed your socialism for your entire lives should read this:

Great post Ron Liberte, enough said on that. and grigori imorich,he wrote -....'islam is NOT a religion. it is a fascist-like totalitarian IDEOLOGY that seeks to control all life thru it's military and legal systems USING religion as a guise (see 'taqiyya'.) since it is not now, nor ever has been a religion, it has no afforded protection under the US constitution.'...... First off Islam is a religion, just like christianity, judaism, or any other religion....So you are saying that Christianity does not use its patriarchical tolitarianism in ideology. im not saying all christians are bad, but what i am saying is a good portion of the christian religion, uses the 'faith' to spread a certain ideology. And this ideology may i also mention throughout history has been pretty freakin violent. If you really dont know what im talking about, let me know, and i will give a start up list. I am not affiliated with any of these religions, and tend to find all religions, as being mostly co opted by people in power, and people that want to manipulate these religions to bring them that power. That being said there are also whole hearted people who practice those religions. These are the majority of the people. But point being Christianity has enormous amonts of Blood on its hands!

One thing is for certain Art of Listening.
Jesus of Nazareth preached a message of love and peace. He was the founder of what became Christianity. While his followers have certainly been guilty of bloodshed and violence, through the centuries..it is not something he would have condoned.
Muhammad almost certainly commmited bloodshed by his own hand. A very huge difference from the very begining.
In 622, the Islamic prophet Muhammad arrived at Yathrib from Mecca and reportedly established a compact between the conflicting parties.
While the city found itself at war with Muhammad's native Meccan tribe of the Quraysh, tensions between the growing numbers of Muslims and the Jewish communities mounted
In 627, when the Quraysh and their allies besieged the city in the Battle of the Trench, the Qurayza entered into negotiations with the besiegers.
Subsequently, the tribe was charged with treason and besieged by the Muslims commanded by Muhammad.
The Banu Qurayza were overtaken and most of the men, apart from those who surrendered (many of whom converted to Islam in order to save their lives), were beheaded, while all the women and children were taken captive and enslaved.
This violence was directly ordered by the prophet. Hardly what one would call a man of peace and love.
I'm neither a Christian or a Muslim.
In fact i think religion is something concocted by our brains...and humans are genetically predisposed to believing in some form of a spiritual reality as well as to create religions with their myths and rituals through which to bolster these beliefs. This is why every human culture has maintained a belief in everything from a host of superstitions, the paranormal, the supernatural. http://www.godpart.com/

That being said I find the violence which Fundamentalist Muslims use against the west and their own words and deeds far more dangerous than any Christians.

I also find it mindboggling and hypocritcal that most of the liberals here will post and
condemn religion and Christians but not say one word when u defend Islam.

Can't we all just agree that all religions are fugged up, and many of the followers have missed the real message.

No, because we have to keep maintaining that one is worse than the others and the one that the nice, polite, middle class Americans use is the Best Ever.
