What started as a fresh food mission has turned into an entire organic farm. The founders of the Middleton Place Organic Farm are director of food services Micah Garrison and Executive Chef Brandon Buck, who planted a small production garden on the Middleton Place property a few years ago. Currently, their small-scale operation grows heirloom veggies, flowers, and herbs exclusively for the Middleton Place Restaurant. Although they won’t be selling their goods to the public, they invite visitors to see the grounds and interact with the friendly farm managers, Amy Talarico and Frank Beaty. And they also welcome you to stop in and try the fare at their farm-to-table restaurant.
