Moms deserve the best on their special day, and Charleston is filled with opportunities to show her how much she means to you this Sunday. 

High Cotton will have a special Mother’s Day prix fixe menu with two courses. You can order an appetizer and an entrée for $25 or add a dessert for $30. Choices include shrimp cocktail, Timms Mill Grits, and peanut butter pie.

Old Village Post House will serve you an appetizer and an entrée for $23 and let you add a dessert for $27. Mom will love their Germain mimosa, followed by crêpes or a ham and brie omelet. Slightly North of Broad is also doing a special brunch.

Giving your mother a relaxing day at the beach? Start off with a special brunch at Rita’s Seaside Grille.

Stay afloat with the Mother’s Day Brunch Harbor Cruise on the Carolina Queen.

Tristan will be serving a three-course brunch including eggs bergamo, beef short ribs, and bee sting cake.

Over at Liberty Tap Room and Grill they will be serving fresh fruit and mixed greens salad, eggs in a basket, and chicken and waffles for their Mother’s Day special.

If your mom is more into the fine dining of Italy, head on over to Bacco Italian Restaurant for their Festa Della Mamma.

Give mom a relaxing weekend at the Sheraton,where she can be served mimosas and bellinis for Sunday brunch.

You could also celebrate Mother’s Day with a classic burger and a beer at the Mt. Pleasant Sesame Burgers and Beer. They'll have acoustic music all day, starting with Whitt Algar from 12-3 p.m. followed by Matt Mackelcan from 5-8 p.m.

Go the arts-and-fashion route at the Mother's Day Celebration at 10 Storehouse Row. The event will feature a pop-up boutique with Editor's Picks from Charleston Magazine style director Ayoka Lucas, as well as a photographer ready to shoot your family portrait.

Give back with your mom at the Heritage Mission Mother's Day Dinner and Art Auction at Huger's Place. Proceeds will help North Charleston students travel to Africa.

If you’re in the mood for some classical music, stop by the Marion and Wayland H. Cato Jr. Center for the Arts for a classical guitar recital by Gregory Guay. He'll perform works from Turkey, Spain, Italy, and Argentina with guest violinist Yuhong Tu performing Piazzola and Paganini.
