We love wine. We love bread. And we really, really, really, love cheese. Walk into goat.sheep.cow., and you’ll find all three. They’ve also got the charcuterie of your dreams, along with just about any specialty item you need to touch up your cheese plates. Oh, you don’t do cheese plates? Talk to owners Trudi Wagner and Patty Floersheimer, and you’ll be drizzling honey over a semi-hard cheese in no time. If you don’t know what you like, don’t worry — Wagner and Floersheimer will never lead you astray. Tell them what kind of cheese you want to try, be it “smoky,” “creamy,” or “pungent” (we know there are some of you out there), and they’ll let you taste different cheeses and direct you to your next choice based on your reaction. This specialty food store also carries a daily sandwich, stacked high with cheese and meat on EVO bakery’s bread. Wanna drool? A recent sandwich: prosciutto cotto, comte (a French semi-hard cheese), Lusty Monk mustard, Duke’s mayo, and mixed greens on a Semolina baguette. We’ll leave you with that.
