Best Etch-A-Sketch Art

Cutty’s Elliotborough Establishment 227 St. Philip St. Down

Staff Pick

Cutty’s collects a lot of spillover from the D’Allesandro’s scene, which should come as no surprise considering both have the same owners. The tiny, windowless bar — it used to be a members-only club — keeps hipsters happy with live music, comedy, trivia, and more, and plenty have tried their hand at the Etch-A-Sketch. Customers have taken to the knobs to create everything from detailed portraits to imaginative renderings of the establishment’s name, as well as the occasional immature drawing that you would have found funny when you were eight years old and actually still owned an Etch-A-Sketch. The Ohio Art Company should throw a sponsorship behind this place.
