This cozy IOP restaurant deserves praise for its creative twists on traditional Southern dishes and desserts, its consistently attentive and friendly service, and its glorious view of the sand dunes leading to the Atlantic Ocean. One of the tastiest, sweetest quirks they offer is a house-infused shot on their after-dinner drink menu. In addition to the Grand Marnier, Bailey's, and Courvoisier, the house-infused caramelized apple brandy is a must-try (order it in a martini or neat). Sweet, toasty, and strong, it's the perfect substitute for dessert. Their bing cherry/pecan-infused Maker's Mark is a winner, too.
