The fiery new "whisky liqueur" caught on big in Charleston over the last year, mostly as a straight shot. The distillery puts the words "red" and "hot" on the label. Made with Canadian whisky and natural cinnamon flavor, it certainly lives up to its name. Fortunately, it has a clean flavor and is versatile enough to substitute for cinnamon schnapps in traditional cocktails. Try a glug on the rocks; it'll clear the sinuses and warm the cockles.
