The Pistachio Pesto Pizza at EVO might not look as tantalizing as it tastes. The pale green and white colors of this pie are not bold, but the pesto that chefs pump out of the kitchen packs a mighty fine flavor. Walnuts just seem so antiquated after sampling EVO's pistachio version. Topped with crème fraiche, goat cheese, house mozz, and parm-reggianno, this pizza is always super yum.
