As much as we love a big ole breakfast, you simply can’t eat one every day without turning into a Jabba the Hutt-sized lardo. But that doesn’t mean you have to turn your morning meal into a cold cereal depresso-fest when you could grab a breakfast taco at Mixson Market. This tasty little morsel features a fried egg with cotija cheese, arugula, and siriracha, and — shocker — it’s served on a toasted corn tortilla. Oh.
