The hot tongue tacos at Raul's can't be beat. Raul marinates beef tongue, chops it into small pieces, and places it inside a couple of hot corn tortillas with onions and cilantro. A dash of hot sauce or squirt of tomatillo salsa can add flavor, but the meat is so tender and mouth-watering that you might want to enjoy it as-is.
