Well, the MTV description doesn’t give much away, but it could definitely go in that direction. According to a May 2013 Deadline.com blog post, “South Of Heaven (working title) is a new half-hour docu-series following the lives of a group of fun loving girlfriends at the best little honky tonk bar in Texas who are working to make their dreams a reality.” Now, the Market Street Saloon locale makes more sense. And despite the "South of Heaven" name, sorry, metalheads, it's almost assuredly not a Slayer enthusiast show.
