Build-Your-Own Bordeaux Dinner

Chef Nate Whiting and Tom Hines from Trinchero present a dinner that gives guests an opportunity to taste wines and then blend their own from classic varietal components of Bordeaux: Cabernet Savignon, Merlot, Petite Verdot, and Cabernet Franc. Three will be chosen as the winners. Limited to 20 guests.
