Cupcake

Dining Description:  Providing the perfect fuel for a day of shopping on King Street, Cupcake specializes in its namesake — and nothing else. They feature nine flavors every day with a rotating selection of seasonal offerings. Owner Kristin Kuhlke’s compact creations are recognizable by the huge swirl of sweet icing on top, and many are finished off with sprinkles, candy, or other goodies. —Erica Jackson Curran Dish (Winter 2013)

Love, love, love. I agree, they're a little pricey, but they use local and organic ingredients whenever possible. It's also a locally-owned business. All the more reason to try their amazing flavors.

The cupcakes are great, but I think they are much too pricey. Especially, one of the ones they gave me was unbelievable small. I had a two-for-one coupon, but even at 3.50 for two it is a little out there.

I'm not sure where you got that information but all their ingredients come from Sysco and Costco, which are not local at all. Nothing is orgnaic except for the strawberry jam and the peanut butter.
