Adam Godlee Campbell, owner and winemaker for Elk Cove Winery, will be on hand for a three-course dinner with wine pairings. In addition to providing tasting notes for each course, Campbell will converse with guests throughout the evening and answer questions about the featured wines and his family’s vineyard. Elk Cove is one of Oregon’s oldest and most respected wineries. The family owned and operated vineyard specializes in the Pinot trilogy of Noir, Gris and Blanc, all three of which will be served during the event.
