Guest Chef Dinner

Guest Chef Christopher Edwards from Northern Virginia's Restaurant at Patowmack Farm will collaborate with Ocean Room Chef Nathan Thurston on a menu inspired by hand-harvested ingredients from both local Charleston area farms and the very finest from Chef Edwards' farm. Sommelier Jacob Fuhr will pair wines for each course to complement the flavors and inspiration of the chefs' creations.
