College football season kicks Saturday, and the NFL starts on Thursday, which means bars are pledging allegiance to their favorite teams. Knowing ahead of time which bar roots for which team will ensure you don't end up a shade of orange in a sea of garnet (or vice versa). Some bars even have drink and menu specials to keep you coming back.

The University of Florida Alumni Association will gather at Parson Jack's again this year for $1 draught beers, $1 domestic bottles, and a tailgate buffet with free chips and hotdogs. But you've got to be in Gator garb to get the deals.

Hokies are invited to Mellow Mushroom on King Street by the Virginia Tech Alumni Association. They'll be offering reduced prices on three draught beers of the bartender's choice, $2 well drinks, and $6 "rails," a native drink of Blacksburg. Bring in your Virginia Tech mugs and receive happy-hour prices on all draughts. They'll also have a special Hokie pizza during all Virginia Tech games.

The University of Alabama Alumni Association will roll to the Mellow Mushroom in Avondale on game days. Every time the Tide scores, they'll offer $2 Alabama Slammers. 'Bama mugs will also be filled with select draughts at a reduced price.

Clemson fans are sure to find fellow tigers at Moe's Downtown Tavern (which also caters to Carolina fans) or Midtown Bar & Grill, where they'll be hoping for a more successful season than last year.

University of South Carolina fans have high expectations for the Gamecocks this year. See how the season plays out at Home Team BBQ on Sullivan's Island or at King Street Grille downtown, where they'll be offering $2 select domestics.

Lowcountry Buckeyes, South Carolina's largest Ohio State Alumni Association, will return to Three Lions Pub on Daniel Island this season. They invite all Buckeyes fans in the area to join them for their family-friendly game day.

University of Michigan and West Virginia University fans can head to Mad River, where they'll offer team-specific food and drink menus.

NFL season kicks off Thursday night with a game between New Orleans and Green Bay. We haven't found any bars that support either team, so if you know of any, post in the comments below.

Next Sunday, Pittsburgh Steelers fans should head to Fiery Ron's Home Team BBQ or at King Street Grille downtown, where they'll offer $2 domestic beers. If you're in Mt. Pleasant, head to Giuseppi's for their special Steelers deals: $10 dollar domestic beer buckets, or $30 for a large pizza, 10 wings, and a bucket of beer.

Catch the Philadelphia Eagles play at Mad River downtown or D.D. Pecker's in West Ashley, where they'll have $13 all-you-can-eat wings and daily drink specials.

Charleston Beerworks is the place to be for fans of Buffalo Bills, New England Patriots, or Baltimore Ravens. They'll have $8 Miller Light pitchers during all games, an all-day brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, and a weekend happy hour from 4-8 p.m.

Fans of the Miami Dolphins and Carolina Panthers will gather at Big John's Tavern every Sunday, where they'll have $1 12 oz. draughts.

At Halls Chophouse on King Street, they'll be catering to fans of the San Francisco 49ers, the Oakland Raiders, and the Dallas Cowboys every Sunday.
