Executive Chef Jeremy Holst will host a dinner with personality and author Michael Ruhlman. In honor of his latest cookbook release, Ruhlman's Twenty: 20 Techniques, 100 Recipes, A Cook's Manifesto, Holst and Ruhlman will craft a five-course dinner with a focus on superb ingredients and approachable technique. A percentage of the proceeds will benefit Slow Food Charleston.
Price: $75, plus $25 for wine pairing
