Executive Chef Nico Romo will be serving something different than turkey this year. The Poisson (meaning fish in French) Thanksgiving will entail a whole tempura fried bass including head, tail and all for $24 per person.
Fish’s local fisherman, Mark Marhefka of Abundant Seafood, will be making a special fishing trip the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to catch the bass that will be served at the dinner. Marhefka and Chef Romo will handpick the finest local bass to serve as part of this non-traditional dinner.
