What:

Theater pro teetering on the edge of afterlife. Former College of Charleston professor Bill Patton exorcizes the ghosts of the past by playing his own departed spirit, who challenges him to make the most of his life or end it.

It's not just about him. Patton's lived a rich life. His many jobs have included tennis coaching, preaching, and captaining a charter boat. He has many perspectives on the world around him, including the Charleston culture he grew up in. His awareness of our past and politics weighs heavily on his own attempts to make his mark on the world.

Patton's got a hell of a pedigree. Patton is a consummate theater performer, director, and playwright. He's sipped whiskey with Tennessee Williams and been compared to Faulkner. One for the Road presents the perfect opportunity to catch this veteran at the height of his introspective powers.
