They use produce from their farm, Ambrose Family Farm, as well as other local farms. They shrimp from their trawler, ShawnAnnTravis, which is unloaded each day they shrimp and has no preservatives. All of their beef is locally grass fed and they use locally produced raw milk, goat cheese, pastas, eggs, and seafood items when available. They sell prepared food to go, great unique gifts, and garden items.
