The Charleston Center for Photography hosts Stan Foxworthy, photographer and CEO of Foxworthy Studios, for their Second Monday Lecture Series on Mon. July 9. With 30-plus years of experience, Foxworthy has worked as a freelance photojournalist, a wedding photographer, and commercial photographer. His work has been featured in national publications like the Miami Herald and Vintage Motorsports. Foxworthy also has experience in marketing as he's weaved in and out of directing photo shoots and marketing campaigns for various companies, actors, musicians, and politicians.
During his lecture, Foxworthy will cover how to use light in photography, how to spark creativity with a 50mm lens, and how to create a professional portrait in under three minutes. The event is at 7 p.m. and is free and open to the public. See some of Foxworthy's work at foxworthystudios.com, or see ccforp.com for more info on the event.
