Boone Hall’s beloved spooky spectacle, Fright Nights, is back after a year off. The festival ran into a snag with entertainment company DVE Productions in 2016, but regrouped with a new team and is ready once more to scare spectators this Halloween season Fright Nights runs Sept. 29-Oct. 31 this year with four attractions. You can take your pick between Cemetery of Lost Souls, The Crypt, Wicked Woods Haunted Hayride, and The Gateway, or if you’re brave enough, venture into all of them.

Lucky for those on a budget but still jonesin’ for a good fright, tickets for opening weekend only are discounted from now until this Fri. July 28. A ScreamPass, which gets you access to all four attractions, is $25, while the line-skipping VIP Faster To The Fear pass will run you $37. Again, the discounted rate only applies to opening weekend, but you can still buy regular-price passes for the rest of the season. Peruse them all online at bhfrightnights.citypapertickets.com.
