Thanksgiving is stressful. Timing the green bean casserole with the turkey without flubbing the corn pudding can be a logistical nightmare. So why bother? Charleston has loads of restaurants just waiting for you to call and order your Thanksgiving to-go. Here’s a few restaurants to be thankful for.

Give thanks to Caviar & Bananas for their savory selection of Thanksgiving dishes and wines.
Mains: Choose between a roasted “maple lawn” whole fresh organic turkey, roasted boneless turkey breast, applewood-smoked “Nueske” ham, or salt-rubbed beef tenderloin as your main course. $5.99-$49.99/lb.
Sides: Grab gluten-free roasted sweet potatoes with rosemary and honey, Southern-style collard greens, a classic herbed cornbread stuffing, and more. $10-$14/lb.
Dessert: You can order a classic pumpkin pie, brown sugar apple pie, or a German chocolate cake. $30 for the pies, $45 for the cake
Booze: It’s all about the vino at C&B. Consider the Albert Mann Pinot Blanc or Marie Pierre Germain Bourgogne Blanc.

Swig & Swine will have their smoker running for Thanksgiving.
Mains: Order a smoked turkey breast ($55), a whole Tom turkey ($60), or a whole pork butt ($32).
Sides: you can choose between a half pan ($30) and a full pan ($58) of mac and cheese, cole slaw, potato salad, brunswick stew, hash and rice, collards, beans with brisket, pickled veggies, loaded potato salad, and green bean casserole.
Desserts: End your meal off with something sweet. The coconut custard pie, pumpkin pie, and chocolate pecan pie are priced at $20, and the banana pudding is priced at $25 for a half pan and $50 for a full pan.
Order deadline: Cold pick up on Tues. Nov. 25 and hot pick up on Thanksgiving Day from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

Ted’s Butcherblock really knows what they’re doing when it comes to meat.
Mains: You can order a heritage breed turkey, Bell & Evans turkey, or a spiral-cut kurobuta ham to cook yourself, but you might as well spend a little extra to have them brine ($10) and cook ($25) it for you.
Sides: Start your meal off with a quart of corn and lobster chowder ($14) or potato and leek puree ($12). If you’re bored with traditional Thanksgiving sides, order the oyster dressing with bacon, potato gratin made with swiss cheese, shallots, and thyme, or the challah, sweet potato, caramelized fennel and pancetta dressing from Ted’s. Those three sides and more are priced at $10-$12/lb.

Some of us should never step foot in a kitchen. But if you’re still required to bring dessert, regardless of culinary skills, you can avoid disaster by stopping by Ms. Rose’s.
Desserts: How can you even decide with choices such as classic pumpkin pie, buttermilk chess pie, double apple pie with a cornmeal crust, chocolate cake with chocolate icing, yellow cake with maple icing, red velvet cake with cream cheese icing, and more? Pies are priced at $25 and cakes are $40. You can even order a pint of whipped cream for $5, so maybe just go ahead and get two.

Sides: For starters, order some deviled eggs ($.75/each) or a $10 pound of pimento cheese. The chicken and sausage gumbo is priced at $20/quart, and the butternut squash soup is $15/quart. Your choices for sides (priced between $9-$15/quart) include sweet potato casserole, braised local greens, and cornbread dressing with Benton bacon and the option to add oysters.
Dessert: Try the chocolate peanut butter pie, sweet potato tart, apple cobbler, or bread pudding ($23-$40).

Sides: Two-four servings ($16-24) or four-eight ($32-$48) servings of side dishes such as cornbread dressing, apple sausage dressing, Lowcountry oyster dressing, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, leeks au gratin casserole, and mashed potatoes.
Dessert: The chocolate bourbon pecan pie and coconut cream pie are priced at $28, and the pumpkin cheesecake is $45.

Mains: Sweet tea brined oven-roasted turkey
Sides: Pair your bird with Southern cornbread stuffing, country ham, homemade giblet gravy, port wine cranberry sauce, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, a baby arugula salad, green bean casserole, and fresh made biscuits. The meal costs $35/person, and there is a four-person minimum.
Dessert: You can also add a bourbon pecan pie for $30 or a pumpkin pie for $28. There are delivery and a la carte options available as well.

Shop a la carte or choose between eight meal packages from Whole Foods. You can order from a wide selection of platters, starters, fully cooked turkeys, hams, birds, stuffings, potato side dishes, casseroles, sauces and gravies, breads and desserts. If you find yourself overwhelmed by the choices, stick with one of the packages. The prices for the packages range from $70 to $140. You can even order a vegan dinner for one if you’re the lonely vegan in the family. Whole Foods requires that order be placed 48 hours in advance.

With choices like “everything but the bird” and “the happy vegan dinner,” Earth Fare has you covered with fully cooked dinner packages (priced between $49-$99), as well as a la carte dishes that you can reserve online. You can also order cooked turkeys, hams, rib roast, beef tenderloin, turducken, duck, lamb, and seafood individually. Earth Fare is the way to go if you need vegan sides. Options include quinoa kale stuffing, mushroom gravy, roasted butternut squash with maple and sage, herb roasted sweet potato salad, and more. For larger dinner parties, check out the platter options as well.

Bull Street Cafe & Market created a convenient Thanksgiving to-go order form that you fill out and hand in to a staff member.
Mains: You can order a whole turkey ($5/lb.) or pounds of turkey breast ($10/lb.), and choose to have it fried, smoked, or roasted.
Sides: Thanksgiving classics such as brown gravy, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, macaroni and cheese, cranberry sauce, etc. Small sides range in price from $8-$13, and large sides vary from $16-$26.
Dessert: Choose between apple pie, pumpkin pie, chocolate pecan pie and a pumpkin roll ($20-$25).
Order deadline: Preferably three to four days before pick up
Pick-up deadline: On the form, they ask you to specify whether you would like to pick up your order on Nov. 26 between 6-9 p.m. or Nov. 27 between 8-10 a.m.

Mains: For just $39.99, you can get a 12 lb.-fried turkey. You can also have the turkey injected with your favorite marinade. They recommend medium, red hot and bleu, fajita, Italian, or ranchilada.

The “Gobble Gobble” package at Hamby Catering & Events includes a traditionally roasted turkey, macaroni and cheese, sweet potato soufflé (with brown sugar and pecan topping), green beans almandine, cornbread dressing, and giblet gravy. The $147-meal feeds eight and for every package purchased, a Thanksgiving meal will be given to a family in need.
Mains: You can choose between a whole bourbon smoked or roasted turkey and you have the option to order 5 lbs. of turkey breast for $70-$78.
Sides: In addition to the sides included in the meal, you can also order creamy whipped potatoes, cranberry orange relish, buttermilk biscuits, and corn muffins. They range in price from $8-$12.
Dessert: If dessert is your favorite part of the meal, add a pumpkin cake roll for $14 or a pecan pie for $21 to your order. Don’t forget the molasses whipped cream for $3.

Mixson Market will have a variety of pies available for purchase for Thanksgiving along with a healthy smattering of hearty sides.
Booze:There's lots of wine to choose from. 
Sides: Local sweet potato casserole with ginger crumble, braised collards and artisan mustard greens with charred onion confit, smoked turkey gravy, buttermilk black pepper cornbread, gouda mac and cheese, and green been carrot casserole with flaky rye crust. Sides range in price from $3-$13. 
Dessert: Apple pie ($21), blueberry crumble ($21), pumpkin ($18), and turtle cheesecake ($25). There's also a wooden pie box. 
Order deadline: Mixson Market is encouraging shoppers to pre order.
