Love the PBS show Mind of a Chef? Dying to know how the program gets put together? Well, if you have a ticket to Charleston Wine + Food's Culinary Village, you're in luck.
On Friday, Chef Sean Brock and producer Michael Steed will discuss what makes the show special. Then, on Saturday, Prune's Gabrielle Hamilton and Miller Union's Steven Satterfield are going to talk food waste. Finally, on Sunday Domenica's Alon Shaya, Cypress and Artisan Meat Share's Craig Deihl, Lewis Barbecue's John Lewis, and Root and Bone's Janine Booth will get nostalgic talking meals, cookbooks, and travel that's inspired them.
