We hope you have your stretchy pants ready because it's Charleston Wine + Food week and even if you're not participating in the fest, there are so many fringe events happening around town, you're bound to find yourself overeating somewhere.

With that in mind, here's where we'd post up each day of the fest:

WEDNESDAY
Slow Sips at Stems & Skins
1070 East Montague Ave.
North Charleston

In case you haven't read our latest issue of Dish all about Slow Food, here's a great excuse to do so. We featured Stems & Skins in the story "Veni Vidi Vino" all about "slow wine" and now you can get a taste of the stuff at this funky event. The Park Circle wine spot will be featuring salty wines and tinned seafood curated by Matt Tunstall, cicchetti by Jacques Larson, a salumi tasting compliments of Creminelli Fine Meats and bread from Slow Food Charleston's founders EVO Craft Bakery. Grassroots Wine is even going to roll out a surprise magnum. This event goes until midnight and a portion of the proceeds will benefit Slow Food Charleston.

FRIDAY
BevCon Pop-up at Salty Mike's

Angel Postell is the mastermind behind this function. The organizer of libation conference BevCon brings a super hero lineup of bartenders to one of the city's best dives, Salty Mike's. We're talking Edmund's Oast's Jayce McConnell, Jerry Slater of now closed Atlanta’s H. Harper Station, The Macintosh's Megan Deschaine, Alba Huerta of Julep Cocktail Bar in Houston, and Gary Crunkleton of the Crunkleton private club in Chapel Hill. Meanwhile Glass Onion's Chris Stewart and Top Chef's John Tesar will serve small bites as DJ Ryan Becknell gets things rocking. Oh and we hear a certain former CP editor may be the shot girl as well.

SATURDAY
Edmund’s Oast Present “Let’s Go Crazy” Party

10 p.m.
Miles Macquarrie from Kimball House in Atlanta and Jayce McConnell of Edmund's Oast will take over the bar at Faculty Lounge. Meanwhile, Smith Street Pizza will be serving pizza while DJ the Olive Branch and Mummbls provide the tunes. We have a feeling this party is gonna get rowdy.

SUNDAY

La Morra Pizzeria and goat.sheep.cow.north Brunch

Don't deny it, you're going to be hungover Sunday. That's a given. What isn't is how you'll quell the bed spins. For that we give you this La Morra/gsc brunch. The wood-fired pizza station will set up on goat.sheep.cow.north's back patio and pair their wicked good pies with the monger's cheese. Need we say more?
