As if we needed another excuse to go to Home Team BBQ, the local barbecue chain has announced a loyalty program.
According to a press release, the way the program will work is any customer can ask for a card. "Then cardholders can collect points earning one “pig point” for every dollar spent. For every 100 pig points collected, card holders will receive a $10 HTBBQ credit to be used at a time of their choosing."
Cardholders will also be able to use their membership for special deals that'll be published on a loyalty program page of Home Team's website.
Giving loyal customers rewards is no new concept. Home Team joins a handful of local restaurants offering loyalty perks. Kickin' Chicken has a card along with Tattooed Moose, La Nortena, and, of course, Hall Management Group, has the Hall Pass.
For Home Team chief operating partner Aaron Siegal, the move to add the Pig Points was a way of saying thanks to Home Team's faithful regulars.
“Over the last 11 years in Charleston, and the past year in Aspen, we’ve seen such incredible support from the local community and we couldn’t be more grateful,” says chief operating partner Aaron Siegel. “We’re excited to introduce our new loyalty program as a way to thank our customers for dining with us time and again, and for making Home Team their go-to neighborhood restaurant.”
To launch the program, Home Team is doubling down on points, giving Charleston area locations during which loyalty card holders two points for every dollar spent during late night hours, 10 p.m. to close each night.
