Wrap your brain around some bivalve education at NICO Seafood + Oysters' Monday oyster class
starting at 6 p.m. The class includes a dozen varieties of oysters; a welcome toast with Oysterman wine; plus an oyster knife, oyster candle, and signed copy of the NICO Oyster Trail.
Sap Lai Mondays
continue at Charlestowne Fermentory for an evening of delicious Charleston and Southeast Asian cuisine starting at 5:30 p.m.
Proof's hosting the 6th Annual Lundi Gras
