Get excited raw bar lovers: NICO Seafood + Oyster Bar pops up at Stems & Skins on Tues. March 26 from 6 to 10 p.m.

NICO brings juicy raw oysters and beef and tuna tartare to S&S for guests to purchase. There will also be a special vino visitor — Daniele Garella from the Alto Piemonte of Italy, who will pour his Monterosa Vermouth for guests.

Monterosa Vermouth comes from herbs Garella hand-picks. The base for the wine is grown and made locally in Italy, giving it an extra personal touch. Mostly Erbaluce grapes are used for the white and mainly Nebbiolo for the red. Garella’s wines have brought a new life to the century old practices for making Piemontese Vermouths.
