Beginning Sat. May 4, Zero George
hosts a monthly wine seminar on the first Saturday of each month.
The seminar will be held in the courtyard or lounge (weather permitting) from 1 to 3 p.m., hosted by Zero Restaurant + Bar manager and sommelier Kathryn Old, along with a guest wine expert from the community.
Each month will feature a different theme, accompanied by a lively discussion.
Guests will sample five wines, and enjoy a variety of small snacks from Zero's executive chef Vinson Petrillo.
Classes will be $60
and are limited to 10 per seminar to keep the discussions interactive and intimate; guests are encouraged to ask questions and engage in a conversational-style seminar.
The wine guest expert for May 4 will be Jake Smith from Grassroots Wine
, and the theme will be "Rosé All Day: Beyond Provence."
