A rooftop bar is the natural habitat for tiki drinks
We're hitting summertime temps, y'all, which means your body has probably started to crave cool, tropical libations. (It's science.) Now that we're in full beach mode, Folly's gargantuan tiki bar and restaurant, Wiki Wiki Sandbar, has officially opened their upstairs deck for full time service. We're talking 11 a.m. Mai Thais every day.
The top floor tiki bar has its own menu with small shareable plates including five-spice wings and Wiki Wiki white sauce, Spam sliders on Hawaiian rolls with sambal aoili and pickles, edamame hummus with house-made chips, and Huli Huli egg rolls. The full cocktail menu is offered, too.

Wiki Wiki Sandbar, the latest concept from restauranteur Karalee Fallert (Taco Boy, The Park Café, The Royal American, Monza, Closed for Business), quietly opened on Dec. 11. The tiki-themed restaurant is "Folly Beach's love letter to the South Pacific, and all the commonalities between Southern hospitality and the aloha spirit," Fallert says.
It's worth noting that Wiki Wiki scored a Best of Charleston 2019 critics' pick
