On Friday, local musician Manny Houston posted on his Facebook page a video of himself beautifully performing a cover of Stevie Wonder's "Love's in Need of Love Today."

"This song by Stevie Wonder has been in my head for the past two months. I had to share this impromptu performance of it today because of how beautiful and relevant the lyrics are," Houston said in his post. "I love Charleston. I love Love. Everything that everyone is doing to support is blessing my soul so much."

Houston will perform at the Charleston Together Unity Concert for Mother Emanuel AME on Sun. June 28 at Burwell’s Stone Fire Grill (14 N. Market St.) at 7 p.m. One Kool Blow, David Higgins, and DJ Kevbo will also perform. For more details, see the event's Facebook page here.
