Monster Music & Movies (946 Orleans Road) is set to throw two, count 'em, two listening parties on Tues. Sept 6.

Twin Peaks — Original Score gets a damn-fine-coffee-colored vinyl release this week, and Monster is celebrating with a coffee-and-cherry-pie listening party beginning this eve at 5 p.m.

Then at 6 p.m., the store will spin Wilco's latest, Schmilco, which is officially out on Friday.

Monster will also give away a white-label copy of Schmilco on vinyl, slipmats featuring Joan Cornella artwork, and limited commemorative Wico posters. Purchase a copy of Schmilco and you'll get an I Heard Schmilco lapel sticker and Wilco logo stickers.
