Everyone who has ever complained about the inflated prices of movie tickets can shut their mouths for two nights this week.
The Greater Park Circle Film Society, along with FUNimation and the Lowcountry Anime and Gaming Club, is starting a monthly screening series of Shaw Brothers kung-fu and anime films. They open with Soul of the Sword at 8 p.m. on Feb. 2 at the Olde North Charleston Picture House.
Meanwhile, Terrace Theater will have an audience appreciation night with a free showing of Enter the Dragon. The 1973 kung-fu flick was the last movie Bruce Lee made before his death. He stars as Lee, who travels to and competes in a martial arts competition. The film will start at 11:30 p.m.
