Ever wonder if the real Henry Hill’s eyes are as sparklingly blue as those of Ray Liotta, the actor who played Hill in Martin Scorcese’s Goodfellas? Ever wonder if Lou Ferrigno, the live-action originator of the Incredible Hulk (before Eric Bana, Edward Norton, or Mark Rufallo came along) turns green when he gets emotional? You’ll get to find out at Cinebarre as the Mt. Pleasant movie theater hosts two major celebrity-inspired events the weekend of May 4.

While details are still being worked out, Cinebarre general manager Kris Keisling tells us they've got something special in the works leading up to Ferrigno's appearance. While Ferrigno’s muscley body won’t appear in The Avengers, it will appear at the movie theater for interviews and photo opps — and he still provides the voice for the big-screen Hulk.

Then for May 5, they’ll host an all-day Goodfellas affair. Guests are encouraged to show up at the theater dressed in their 60s-70s Mafia best for a free screening of the film, featuring Henry Hill himself. They’re also planning a “wise guy” recipe cookoff, a Mafia car show, Mafia wives and mistress makeovers, and more, and they’ll be selling Italian-themed food.

Stay tuned to Cinebarre's website for more info.
