Stephen Colbert is going big for his last shows. On Mon. Dec. 8, The Colbert Report will air “Stephen Colbert Presents: Mr. Colbert Goes to Washington D.C. Ya Later, Legislator: Partisan is Such Sweet Sorrow: A Colbert Victory Lap, ‘014.” And on that show he's got a big guest: The prez himself, Mr. Barack Obama.

And while Colbert made the announcement in his typical joking manner lamenting the fact that he mis-booked the show and had been trying to get the band The Presidents of the United States of America, you can tell the funny man is pretty chuffed with himself. "Barack Obama is going to be my guest. Nation, I cannot overstate how huge this is. The size of the hugeness: large," Colbert says.

The show will be taped in front of a live audience at George Washington University, but don't think you can just hop on up to D.C.to see it. The show's already sold out.

Watch the announcement below or head to Comedy Central. The last episode of The Colbert Report airs on Dec. 18.
