The College of Charleston Cougars may have rounded out a promising season, with Earl Grant coach his team to its first CAA title game, but alas they didn't earn the Colonial's automatic bid to the Big Dance. But they did earn a bid to the top consolation tournament, the National Invitation Tournament, which pits the nation's 'next-in' teams against each other for postseason play. (Full bracket here.
