Join Eliza Ingle for a day to explore how humans' interior landscapes can be expressed through dance. Using an improvisational structure accompanied by music and poetry, attendees will tap into the creative and physical possibilities inherent in all people. After lunch dancers will engage in Authentic Movement, a guided practice of moving with eyes closed based on the impulses of the body. Ingle is a former Professor of Dance at the College of Charleston.
