If your experience of Aussie cuisine begins and ends with Outback, then you might want to make plans to attend this unique wine-paired dinner at Eurasia.

Executive Chef Meredith Adams will be crafting five courses of Australian cuisine paired with unique, hard-to-find wines from Down Under. Not sure what to expect? How about chicken, salmon, shrimp, and lamb dishes with wines that range from a crisp Tim Adams Pinot Gris to a big Zinfandel from Cargo Road.

The wine-fueled evening benefits cancer research at the MUSC Children’s Hospital with the auctioning of a 1995 Preece Cabernet Sauvignon, which has been aged in the cellar of the local Australian wine collector who has made this dinner possible.
