Classic grunge-rock band Alice in Chains is touring in support of its critically acclaimed new album Black Gives Way to Blue (Virgin/EMI). Does anyone care? It seems so; tickets for the band's gig at the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach (4640 Hwy. 17 S., 843-272–3000) on Sat. Feb. 27 are going fast.

The official lineup features guitarist/vocalist Jerry Cantrell, guitarist/vocalist William DuVall, drummer Sean Kinney, and bassist Mike Inez (former bassist Mike Starr is currently on reality TV show Celebrity Rehab).

The new Chains kicked off their North American tour at the Orpheum Theatre in Vancouver on Feb. 2. According to the band's publicity team, their set list will spotlight classic hits and new favorites, including new singles "Your Decision" and "A Looking In View."

Tickets are still available for $37.50 and $75.50. Visit houseofblues.com and aliceinchains.com for more.
