Americana Craft Beer Dinner

Spotlighting craft beers from the Northeast, Midwest, West Coast, and the South, with regional dishes to match. Featured beers include Spartanburg micro RJ Rockers' fruity Son of a Peach Wheat Ale, Harpoon's hoppy Leviathan Imperial IPA (from Mass.), the strong and malty Third Coast Old Ale from Bells Brewing (in Michigan), and the black and roasty Stone Imperial Stout (from San Diego). Chef Eva Keilty's menu includes peach pie with bacon, lobster and corn chowder, blueberry venison/pork sausage with potato au gratin and peas, and flourless peanut butter and chocolate torte.
