Anson Mills Grain Dinner

The Anson Mills Grain Dinner pays tribute to South Carolina’s rich culinary roots. Executive Chef Marc Collins says, “This will be a once in a lifetime dinner featuring some items that haven’t been seen in over a hundred years in South Carolina cooking.” Each course will be accompanied by wine, selected by Sommelier Mark Severs.
