To celebrate their nomination of Seashore Rye to the Ark of Taste list, Slow Food Charleston will host the second annual Ark of Taste dinner at The Bower of Edmund’s Oast. Dinner will be preceded by a happy hour at Home Team BBQ in collaboration with Charleston Brown Water Society. The dinner features chefs from each Southeastern state cooking with an important Ark of Taste ingredient from their respective state,including David Bancroft (Alabama),Tyler Brown (Tennessee),John Currence (Mississippi), Reid Henninger (South Carolina), Joe Kindred (North Carolina),Jacques Larson (South Carolina), Matthew Raiford (Georgia), and Nathan Richard (Louisiana).
