Avery Brewery Beer Dinner

Prepared by chef and co-manager Paul Cawn, the five-course menu pairs the Sixteen Anniversary Saison with spring rolls and peach sauce, the 14’er ESB (Extra Special Bitter) ale with heirloom tomato salad, the popular Ellie’s Brown Ale with roasted poblano peppers stuffed with mole pork, the strong and hoppy Mahajara Imperial IPA with a curried lamb pizza, and the Reverend Belgian Quad with a crème brulee topped with Reverend Belgian Quad caramelized crust. Mellow Mushroom growlers (64 ounces) of Avery beers will be available for $15 each.
