Ari Weinzweig, author of Zingerman’s Guide to Better Bacon, will be on hand for this dinner, which will feature bacon from artisans like Allan Benton along with their own crispy braised pork belly. Weinzweig will talk bacon and sign books. Dinner cost includes a signed copy of his book and a sweet surprise. The dinner will coincide with Coast Tuesday at the Glass Onion, which means $15 pitchers of HopArt IPA.
