This hands-on class will have you wielding a chef’s most important tool like a pro in no time. Learn basic cutting and chopping techniques (carrots, onions, celery, potatoes, and more), how to hold a knife properly and how to care for and sharpen your knives in this wildly popular class series. After practicing knife skills, a snack will be served. Feel free to bring your own chef’s knife, otherwise, one will be provided. Snacks will be served.
