Edmund’s Oast will once again launch their popular Beer School series the third Wednesday of every month. Led by Brandon Plyler, manager at The Charleston Beer Exchange and a Certified Cicerone, the focus for each school includes: July 20: Gluten-be-Gone!: This class will showcase an interesting look at gluten free options for drinking. Enjoy a gluten-free beer, a gluten-removed beer, and also a cider and meads. Chef Reid Henninger will offer some gluten free snacks to pair with the class. $45 per person Space is limited and each class begins at 6:30PM.
