When: Mon., March 17, 6:30 p.m., Mon., March 24, 6:30 p.m. and Mon., March 31, 6:30 p.m. 2014
March has come and gone and with it our resolutions to get out and be more active. We wanted to go to the parks, try new restaurants, and even take advantage of the classes this town has to offer — particularly the drinking ones. But we’re in luck because there’s still one more shot to catch one of Edmund’s Oast’s beer classes. The final class looks at the story of Indian pale ales and how the hoppy brew has become such a staple in today’s world. It’ll also examine how the New World influenced and altered its taste. Led by Brandon Plyler, manager at the Charleston Beer Exchange, the hour-and-a-half class takes place on the outside patio — and we’d wager a bet you’ll get a taste or two of some suds.
