There’s brunch and then there’s motherf*&$ing brunch. The latter can be found at Chef Sean Brock’s McCrady’s Tavern. We thought we’d #brunchedsohard before, but nothing can top the dozen oysters, eggs benny, and caviar service we enjoyed there this spring. In classic Brock fashion, the brimming bowl of caviar is served in an antique, well, for lack of a better word, chalice. Gucci tater tots are plated on a silver tray, and it’s all served with mother of pearl spoons. When Brock opened his new twist on McCrady’s, he promised it would have a Gilded Age feel and it doesn’t get much more gilded than this. Cheers, dawling. —Kinsey Gidick
