Barsa is one of those places that some people tend to forget about because it’s not on the main drag of King Street, but we like to stop by every now and then for their half-priced paella during happy hour and their tasty sangria. Although they do serve the traditional fruity red wine sangria, we prefer the lighter sangria de cava. It blends Pisco, fresh citrus fruits, and cava for a sweet and refreshing sip. Go on Thursday and it only costs $4. Salud.
