You don’t find many female chefs heading kitchens about town, and you certainly don’t find them as accomplished as Michelle Weaver. Since taking over the helm at the Charleston Grill, she has only improved what was already one of the finest dining establishments the city has ever seen. Her deftness with ingredients and methods, which extends across culinary geographies, combined with a keen sensibility for what it means to cook in the South, makes Weaver one of the most accomplished culinarians in the entire city.
